Zalando’s Zircle app adds resale option in Germany

Zalando has revamped and relaunched the Zircle app in its home market. German customers of the Zalando marketplace can now return articles of womenswear bought from their fellow customers there. All such items appear in the customers’ order history on the app. The new service will be extended to menswear “soon.” Zircle was named Wardrobe on its first release, in 2018. The category for second-hand items is available in 13 of the app’s 23 European markets of operation. There are at present about 200,000 items up for resale.
