Zoggs, the Australian brand of swim goggles about which we reported on Dec. 12, has added an optional feature to the superior lenses of its Predator Flex frames. It is offering lenses with an embedded photochromatic treatment that react to the UV rays from the sun, darkening the optics when they are hit by them. The new Predator Flex Reactor by Zoggs with photochromic lenses also offers the other features of the brand's Flex series, including a special curved lens technology, flexibility and anti-fogging. It will be launched at the Bike & Triathlon Show in Manchester on Feb. 16-17 and sold exclusively on Wiggle's website during the same month. It will subsequently be introduced more widely at retail in the U.K. in March at a recommended price of £50, including a hard protective zipped case. It will be available in the rest of Europe in April at a suggested retail price of £70.
