British manufacturer Castore continues to grow its presence in the F1 circus. After partnerships with classic team McLaren and Red Bull Racing, the brand now has a new deal with the French BWT Alpine Formula One Team.
The collaboration is a multi-year agreement, but Castore does not want to disclose its duration. As the Official Team Kit Partner of the BWT Alpine F1 Team, Castore will engineer and supply performance-driven apparel for both on-track and off-track performance, including the Alpine Academy and Alpine Sim Racing teams. The partnership will also involve creating official replica teamwear and dedicated fanwear collections for supporters around the globe.
As with Castore’s other Formula 1 partnerships with McLaren Racing and Oracle Red Bull Racing, Castore will manage and operate the official Alpine Racing retail website.
“This partnership with BWT Alpine Formula One Team is an incredibly exciting development for Castore,” Tom Beahon, co-founder and co-CEO of Castore, said. “F1 is a huge growth sport globally, and a big focus area for Castore – we love that our offer in the space brings fans closer to the action. We’re really looking forward to seeing Castore’s wings represented in a competitive environment next season.”
“We are very pleased to announce our partnership with Castore to enable us to elevate our teamwear and fanwear,” commented David Warren, Global Marketing Director at BWT Alpine Formula One Team. “We look forward to working together to create a new standard of excellence for BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s team kit,” he added.
