Italian sportswear firm Macron is the new and exclusive official supplier of sportswear to the Italian Bocce Federation (FIB). Under the terms of the agreement, which runs until 2027, Macron will supply sportswear and accessories to the players, coaches, staff and umpires of all the sporting disciplines governed by FIB, which include Raffa al Volo, Beach Bocce, Petanque, Boccia and Paralympic Bocce.
Additionally, Macron has announced the extension of its partnership with the Irish Football Association for the supply of technical and leisure sportswear to Northern Ireland’s referees. The renewed agreement involves the supply of match kits, training and travel wear to match officials in the NIFL Premiership, NIFL Championship and intermediate leagues. Participants in the Irish FA National Referee Academy and the Talents and Mentors program will also wear Macron kits. Macron has been a supplier to the Irish FA over the past three years, and the new agreement will cover the next four years.
Macron recently unveiled a new agreement with Connecticut United FC, the brand’s first in Major League Soccer (MLS). Connecticut United FC is based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where Macron opened its US headquarters last June. The club will make its debut in MLS NEXT Pro, a tournament that brings together clubs from the US and Canada, in 2025.
