Nike and London skate brand Palace have launched Manor Place, a community hub in South London that serves to anchor the brands’ P90 collaboration.

Manor Place is a renovated historic venue at Elephant & Castle, London, now serving as a six-day-a-week public space for sport, skateboarding, football and creativity. The venue features three zones: The Park & The Cage (skate and football), The Front Room (gallery/events) and The Residency (studio space for emerging creatives).

It opened its doors on Nov. 11 at 33 Manor Place in London, offering free access to the public six days a week. The venue supports the Nike × Palace P90 collection, which was released on Oct. 31.

The project reflects a tendency among major sportswear brands to move beyond product drops into community engagement and cultural infrastructure. For Nike, it’s a strategic step into experiential brand building in urban youth markets. For Palace, it deepens roots in sport and street culture, with the help of some nourishment from a global partner.
