People recognize the Swiss sportswear brand for its global influence, innovation, and continued growth in performance and design.

On, the Swiss-based premium sportswear company, has been named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential Companies of 2025, marking its second consecutive recognition by the US magazine. The announcement was made on June 27, following an editorial review process evaluating thousands of companies for their global impact, innovation and success.

“Being named by Time is a tremendous honor and reflects the creativity, passion, and commitment of our entire team,” said David Allemann, co-founder and Executive Co-Chairman of On. He added that the company remains driven by its founding mission to challenge norms in performance, design and sustainability.

In 2024, Time included On’s Cloudboom Strike LightSpray running shoe on its Best Inventions list, recognizing the brand’s advancements in manufacturing technology. Founded in 2010, On has since expanded from performance running to include apparel and footwear for outdoor, training, tennis and everyday wear.
