Misto Holdings, formerly Fila Holdings Corp., will move its corporate headquarters to Cykan Tower in Seoul’s Gangnam district by 2026. The relocation underscores the company’s ambition to accelerate its transition into a global brand portfolio company and strengthen its management framework for sustainable growth.

Misto Holdings will relocate to Gangnam with an investment of approximately ₩195 billion (€135 million), representing 3.5 percent of the company’s consolidated assets. The Gangnam district, Seoul’s premier business hub, offers enhanced accessibility, modern infrastructure and a dynamic environment for talent acquisition – key factors the company cited to boost operational efficiency and productivity.

Since rebranding from Fila Holdings to Misto Holdings in April 2025, the group has been expanding beyond its flagship Fila brand, adding new labels and strengthening its presence in Greater China. The headquarters move is positioned as an “important milestone” in building a global management framework and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.

By consolidating strategic functions in a prime location, Misto aims to attract top talent and accelerate brand development, reinforcing its ambition to become a leading multi-brand player in the global sportswear and lifestyle market.

Gangnam’s creative cluster draws Misto to innovation hub

Cykan Tower (sometimes styled Cykanholdings Tower) is a premium commercial office complex in Gangnam district.

The tower appeals to creative and innovation-driven firms for three key reasons. First, it offers flexible floorplans and modern amenities ideal for design sprints, events and collaboration. Second, it provides exceptional connectivity at the intersection of major routes – Eonju-ro, Hakdong-ro, Seongsu Bridge and the Gyeongbu Expressway – with easy access to central Seoul and innovation hubs like Pangyo and Bundang. Third, it sits within Gangnam’s thriving ecosystem of digital creative industries, including advertising, media start-ups, game development, XR and webtoons, supported by dedicated creative hubs and cultural infrastructure.
