The Cesena-based fitness equipment maker is building its AI ecosystem on Google Cloud’s BigQuery, positioning Gemini-powered personalization as a differentiator for gym operators and end users. It also joins TIME’s 2026 list of 100 Most Influential Companies.
Technogym has announced a multi-year collaboration with Google Cloud to bring Google’s latest generative AI technologies into the Technogym AI Ecosystem. This partnership aims to enhance the capabilities of the Technogym AI Coach for personalized training experiences as well as the Technogym AI Assistant for streamlined business operations for industry professionals.
By integrating Google’s Gemini AI models, the Technogym AI coach conversational interface becomes more predictive, enabling users to interact seamlessly via text, images or voice. The Technogym AI Assistant will leverage Google Cloud’s AI technologies to streamline workflows and boost efficiency, allowing trainers to reduce screen time and focus more on high-value coaching and human connection.
Technogym has built its Data Platform on Google Cloud’s BigQuery to establish a scalable foundation for its AI initiatives. This provides a secure environment in which Technogym can leverage Google’s Gemini models to build and deploy advanced AI solutions, including agentic AI for its connected smart equipment.
