Topgolf Callaway Brands Corp., whose portfolio of global brands includes Topgolf, Callaway Golf, TravisMathew, OGIO and Jack Wolfskin, has released its 2022/23 Sustainability Report. The 60-page document reflects the company’s commitment to responsible business practices in four focus areas: People, Planet, Product and Procurement.
With respect to People, the company strengthened partnerships to engage more diverse groups in the sport. In addition, it continues to broaden its support for communities through charitable contributions and volunteer initiatives.
Under Planet, the company continues to minimize water, energy and waste, while increasing the use of renewable energy. In 2023, its headquarters in Carlsbad, California, boosted renewable energy consumption to 60 percent.
In the Product area, the key focus is the continued shift toward materials with low environmental impact and the promotion of a circular approach to product development. The company seeks to integrate sustainability considerations into products and packaging by, for example, reducing single-use plastics from club shipments and increasing the use of recycled and recyclable materials.
Under Procurement, the company collaborates with its suppliers to support responsible procurement practices across its supply chain.
