Indian actor-producer Anushka Sharma has acquired a minority stake in Agilitas Sports — the same Bangalore sportswear company in which her husband, Virat Kohli, holds a co-investment stake following his One8 brand sale. She will also develop a yoga-wear line under the One8 label.
Indian film actor-producer Anushka Sharma has acquired a minority stake in Bangalore-based Agilitas Sports. Sharma has partnered with the sports footwear and apparel company through a capital investment. Agilitas did not disclose financial details related to the transaction.
Sharma’s husband and cricket star Virat Kohli is already a co-investor in Agilitas after entering a strategic partnership with the company last year, which included Agilitas’ acquisition of Kohli’s lifestyle brand One8. Sharma will also collaborate with Agilitas on the development of a yoga-wear line under the One8 label.

Anushka Sharma, 38, is an Indian film producer and actress. Born in Ayodhya and raised in Bangalore, she is the recipient of many awards, including three International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards. In 2013, she co-founded Clean Slate Filmz, an Indian film production and distribution company, with her brother Karnesh Ssharma.
Agilitas Sports was established in 2023 by former Puma executives Abhishek Ganguly,Atul Bajaj andAmit Prabhu. The sportswear and athleisure company operates a vertically integrated model, controlling design, manufacturing, and retail distribution. It owns Mochiko, one of India’s largest sports footwear manufacturers, boasting a production capacity of 15 million pairs annually. Mochiko, which was acquired by Agilitas in 2023, makes products for several brands including Adidas, Asics, Clarks, Crocs, Decathlon, Lotto, New Balance, One8, Puma, Reebok, Skechers, and US Polo Assn.
