The reorganization follows the planned departure of Britt Olsen, who built On’s first global commercial function and will leave by the end of September after an 11 year tenure and a one year transition period.
On is splitting its global commercial leadership into two roles in a restructuring aimed at sharpening its consumer focus, the Swiss sportswear brand announced. Rebecca Cai, currently General Manager for APAC, will become Chief Global Markets Officer on September 1. Alice Delahunt will join as Chief Customer Officer on September 7.

As Chief Global Markets Officer, Cai will oversee On’s APAC, EMEA and Americas markets, along with the global commercial teams. Cai will continue to lead APAC until a successor is named, then relocate to Zurich next year. Under Cai’s leadership, APAC revenue grew sixfold.
Delahunt, based in New York, will oversee On’s direct to consumer channels, both digital and retail, along with customer loyalty, as Chief Customer Officer. Delahunt previously held senior leadership roles at Ralph Lauren and Burberry, served on the board of Zalando, and founded the venture SYKY.

The move comes as On, which now operates in more than 80 countries, expands its premium positioning across footwear, apparel and accessories, built on CloudTec and LightSpray technologies.
