Reebok is moving its European headquarters back to the Netherlands from the UK. The move to Amsterdam is intended to centralize the European management and to redirect and strengthen its stance in the region. For example, the company would like to put more focus on Russia and Eastern European countries as these emerging markets continue to gain momentum. There will be a temporary head office set up in Amsterdam this summer, with the complete move due to be completed by the end of the year. Meanwhile apparel design, development and operations will remain in Bolton, England. Previously sited in the Netherlands, Reebok’s European head office had moved to Bolton when Dave Singleton, the brand’s UK country manager, took on responsibilities for all of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
