+++ RevolutionRace, a Swedish outdoor company founded in 2013, completed its IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm on June 16 at a valuation of 8.47 billion Swedish kronor (€838m-$1bn), or more than 11 times its revenues of SEK 732 million or (€72.4m-$86.4m) for the 12 months ended March 31, 2021

+++ The rapidly expanding Authentic Brands Group has agreed to buy the Arrow, Izod and Van Heusen brands from PVH Corp. for $200 million
