Skechers to supply official footwear for U.S. pickleball

Skechers has become the official footwear company for USA Pickleball, the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP) Tour and Major League Pickleball (MLP). The brand has entered into multi-year deals with each as well as with the Chicago-based marketing firm Intersport. According to its president, Michael Greenberg, Skechers introduced its first pickleball shoes last month at an event in Florida and sold out its stock there. USA Pickleball, the sport’s governing body in the U.S., sanctions the APP Tour, which was the original pickleball tour, while MLP is an elite league.
