Li Ning announced the appointment of Zhao Dong Sheng as group vice president and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 1. Zhao has nearly 25 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. Previously, he was with Swire Coca-Cola (China) Co. Ltd. as general manager of finance. He is a senior accountant of the People’s Republic of China, a fellow member of the Certified Practising accountants in Australia, a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Zhao will lead Li Ning’s finance department and assume full responsibility for the company’s finance and treasury functions and investor relations.
