Materials technology company PrimaLoft, Inc., a subsidiary of Compass Diversified (CoDi), has announced the promotion of Jason Kerley to chief financial officer. Kerley, who currently serves as vice president - controller, will assume the position following the departure of Tom Seaver, who joined PrimaLoft as CFO back in 2012.
Kerley, who also joined the company in 2012, has been instrumental in developing the company’s business systems, coordinating international financial reporting and the company’s financial and tax audits. He also played a critical role in the company’s private equity transactions with Prudential Capital Partners, Victor Capital Partners and CoDi, leading the due diligence process and accounting requirements.
Over the next several months, Kerley and Seaver will continue to work closely together to transition responsibilities and ensure a smooth transition.
