Fila taps Brandon Maxwell as guest designer for new tennis collection

Fila North America has tapped Brandon Maxwell, creative director of luxury ready-to-wear label Brandon Maxwell, as a guest designer for a new women’s tennis collection – Maxwell’s first foray into tennis apparel. Fila by Brandon Maxwell combines Fila’s strong Italian heritage and legacy of athletic design innovation with Brandon Maxwell’s classic American aesthetic. At the final Grand Slam of the season, Fila-sponsored players, including Karolina Pliskova and Shelby Rogers, will showcase the fashion on the court in New York City.
