Kim Kardashian announced on social media that the official underwear, pajamas and loungewear worn by the athletes of Team USA at the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics will be supplied free of charge by her shapewear company, Skims. They will have Olympic branding, and consumers are being invited to purchase them in July. They are being presented in an official campaign featuring the Paralympian champion Scout Bassett, the track & field star Dalilah Muhammad, the football player Alex Morgan and the swimming champion Haley Anderson as models for the minimalistic collection. The 40-year-old Kardashian, who has been rated by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential persons in the world, launched her Skims line two years ago under a different name, Kimono, but changed it after being reprimanded by Japanese authorities. The Californian TV star was recently reported to have started divorce proceedings from Kanye West, the American rapper whom she married in 2014. Including her businesses in the areas of cosmetics and clothing, her net worth has been most recently estimated by Forbes at around $1 billion.
