Lululemon Athletica has launched its new fitness content service, Lululemon Studio, on Oct. 5, accessible via the subscription platform Mirror.
Lululemon Studio builds upon the more than 10,000 on-demand and live-streamed classes already available with a Mirror subscription and adds fitness content from sought-after studios and Lululemon partners across North America, including Pure Barre, YogaSix, and Y7 Studio. ”No longer will you have to choose between going to your favorite studio or streaming a class at home — you can have both,” said Nikki Neuburger, Chief Brand Officer, Lululemon.
The launch marks the next chapter for Mirror, acquired by Lululemon in 2020 and the subject of recently reported patent infringement disputes.
Michael Aragon, announced as Chief Executive Officer of Lululemon Digital Fitness earlier this year, said: ”Mirror has always been one of the most flexible platforms that can adapt to changing fitness trends.” The launch aims to make Lululemon Studio ”the daily go-to destination” for dynamic fitness content.
As previously reported, Lululemon has an ambitious growth strategy, aiming to double its topline to $12.5 billion by 2026.
