After Decathlon had initially announced to keep its 60 brick-and-mortar and the web store open in Russia until further notice following the outbreak of war in Ukraine to protect its employees from possible harmful measures, the French company has now announced that it is ceasing its operations in the country as the delivery conditions for its continued operations are no longer met, according to Fashion United. The retailer also stated that it would continue to support its 2,500 Russian employees.
