Rossignol is partnering with AdVentori, a cross-channel marketing agency in Paris, to raise the number of customers in physical stores through the internet. AdVentori had already launched a pilot store-locator system via mobile phone, which was launched at the end of 2011 for the Rossignol, Dynastar, and Lange brands. Based on the success of that project, Rossignol has decided to extend the geo-localization service to all web devices for each brand, taking into account the fact that most customers search products online but then buy them in physical stores. The tool that AdVentori has recently developed for Rossignol involves all the brand's web-based platforms including its website, its Facebook page, and the main search engines by automatically referencing 15,000 retailers. The new “global” store-locator service is currently being implemented in 55 countries and 13 languages for the Rossignol, Dynastar and Lange brands.
