EuroSIMA, the European surf industry association, is planning the launch of a new trade show in Seignosse, in southwestern France, in collaboration with event organizer WSN and the Icon agency, Fashion Network has reported. The project was validated in July by the EuroSIMA board and is now under consideration by a certain number of brands in the industry contacted by EuroSIMA. The inaugural show will be held in May 2024 with around 50 exhibitors. The event is intended for both professionals and surfing and skating enthusiasts, who would have a chance to test products and attend cultural events like film screenings and photo exhibitions. A final decision on the project is expected in the next few weeks, according to the report.
