The 2025 edition of Saltex, Europe’s sports turf exhibition, wrapped with a confirmed attendance of 7,463, marking an increase on 2024 visitor numbers.
The event, organized by the Grounds Management Association (GMA), took place on Nov. 12–13, 2025, at the NEC Birmingham. Visitors came from across Europe, Asia, the Americas and New Zealand, highlighting the event’s international reach.
More than 50 percent of visitors of Saltex said they attended the event to source new machinery and technological advancements, explained the organizers. The Learning Live programme, which attracted 1,038 attendees, was one of the most visited features of the show. The programme covered themes such as technical insights, sustainable grounds management, career development, innovation in grounds, case studies and best practices, funding and resources and hands-on learning.
Next year’s edition, taking place on Nov. 11–12, 2026, at NEC Birmingham, will mark the 80th Saltex.
