Canadian direct-to-consumer brand Lululemon has chosen Zalando as its preferred online partner for Europe, launching its products on the online fashion and lifestyle platform on June 29. As of now, Zalando customers can buy the brand’s apparel and accessories in several markets.
Founded in Berlin in 2008, Zalando today offers clothing, footwear, accessories and cosmetics products to more than 51 million active customers in 25 countries. The assortment includes large international brands as well as many local labels.
“Our collaboration with Zalando will enable us to reach more customers in our existing markets and attract new customers in markets where we do not yet have a physical presence,” commented Sarah Clark, SVP EMEA at Lululemon. “This is how we continue to grow our global community.”
Lululemon’s collection, which will launch on Zalando, consists of a comprehensive and relevant range of products across workout, running, yoga and lifestyle apparel and accessories. The products are already or will soon be available in Zalando Fashion Stores in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the Netherlands via the Zalando affiliate program. For the delivery of the items, Lululemon uses Zalando Shipment Solutions.
