The international French-based sports retailer has finally rolled out its new online marketplace concept in its domestic market, acting in collaboration with a local developer, Mirakl. The items being offered on the French website can be filtered by supplier or brand name, by type of product, by sport and by price. Like in Belgium, where the company first launched its own marketplace in December, BH Fitness is one of the partners in the French program along with many other third-party brands. Many of them are relatively unknown French brands. Adidas is a notable exception: More than 100 products by the big German brand, including polo shirts, shorts, caps and socks are offered on the French marketplace, some of them at a discounted price.
