Puma has elected Héloïse Temple-Boyer as the new chairwoman of its supervisory board. The financial expert succeeds Jean-François Palus, who will remain on the board for an orderly handover. Palus had held the position since 2007. Temple-Boyer has been on the board since 2019 and is a member of the audit committee.

“It is an honor for me to succeed Jean-François Palus in the responsible position of Chair of the Supervisory Board,” she said. “It is also due to him that Puma is well positioned and well prepared for the challenges of the future.”

Temple-Boyer has been the deputy CEO of Groupe Artémis, the family holding of Kering CEO François-Henri Pinault, since early 2018. She joined the group in 2013. Palus has been a managing director at Kering since 2008 and began his career with the Pinault Group (later Kering) in 1991.
