Lululemon has adjusted its organizational structure to support its strategic development with greater focus on design, innovation and upgraded operations. As part of this strategy, the yoga-inspired apparel company has eliminated the function of chief product officer and instead appointed Lee Holman as creative director to supervise both men's and women's design. Tara Poseley, the current chief product officer, is to leave the company after a transition period. Holman switched from Nike to Lululemon last year with a track record at several other apparel brands, from Burberry to Levi Strauss and Abercrombie & Fitch. Previously senior vice president in charge of women's products, Holman has become an executive vice president reporting directly to Laurent Potdevin, the company's chief executive. Meanwhile, Tom Waller has been promoted senior vice president in charge of Whitespace, Lululemon's team of scientists and engineers. Previously head of Aqualab at Speedo International, Waller joined Lululemon three years ago. Stuart Haselden, chief financial officer, has added the role of executive vice president of operations to his title as he will assume broader operational responsibilities. Lululemon has also started a search to fill a newly created position of chief supply chain officer, who will report to Haselden.
