Bianchi has signed a multi-year deal with GreenEDGE Cycling, the Australian UCI WorldTour team – and the only such team in the Asia-Pacific region. Once the contract takes effect, in January 2021, GeenEDGE’s male and female cyclists will compete on Bianchi’s bicycles. Among the riders are Simon Yates, Michael Matthews and Amanda Spratt. Bianchi’s Reparto Corse racing division will be working with GreenEDGE’s staff on innovations. Meanwhile, the Italian bike firm has ended its sponsorship of Team Jumbo-Visma, after seven years. The Dutch team has since signed a contract with Cervélo Cycles and will be riding its bikes as of 2021.
