Hoka One One has signed a four-year deal with the Northern Arizona (NAZ) Elite distance-running team. The deal, which takes effect on Jan. 1, will cover the members of the club and boost its “coaching resources,” enabling it to provide health insurance to the athletes for the first time. It extends a relationship that began in 2015, which has seen Scott Fauble place seventh in the 2019 Boston Marathon and Aliphine Tuliamuk win the 2020 Olympic Marathon Trials. Other runners in the club include the Americans Stephanie Bruce, Kellyn Taylor and Lauren PaquetteMatt Baxter of New Zealand; Rory Linkletter of Canada; and Alice Wright of the U.K. Hoka One One is owned by Deckers Brands.
