Asics has launched a global advertising campaign around the tagline “It's a big world. Go run it,” which is meant to inspire runners to discover many ways and reasons to run. The campaign includes a television commercial as well as digital, outdoor and print versions, store displays and other planned activations around running events. It highlights the diversity of running and of Asics products by showing runners of all ages, abilities and cultures, running in all sorts of environments from city streets to forest trails and mountains. While the general brand campaign began on Feb. 19, a tennis-specific version with Gaël Monfils will start in May with the line “It's a tough game. Go smash it,” and a rugby version has been scheduled for the second half of the year.
