Adidas has unveiled Trionda, the official match ball of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, at simultaneous landmark events in New York, Toronto and Mexico City – top cities in the host nations of the upcoming tournament.

Adidas’ 15th official World Cup ball, Trionda, symbolizes unity across North America, featuring red, blue and green accents inspired by each host country and incorporating national iconography, such as a maple leaf, an eagle and a star. The launch included large-scale hologram projections in each city and appearances by World Cup winners Zinedine Zidane, Cafu, Xavi, Alessandro Del Piero and Jürgen Klinsmann.

Adidas North America’s Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing, Chris Murphy, called the unveiling a milestone moment ahead of “football’s biggest international tournament.” The €160 Trionda ball is available at Adidas retail stores, selected retailers and Adidas’ online store.

 The Sphere in Las Vegas (from outside) one day before the official match ball was “announced.”
