Fanatics and F1 champion Max Verstappen announced on 11 December a multi-year global partnership spanning e-commerce, licensed sports merchandise and trading cards. The deal makes Verstappen the first active athlete to partner with Fanatics Commerce to launch a dedicated global online store, set to go live in early 2026 at Verstappen.com.

Under the agreement, Fanatics will design, manufacture and distribute a wide range of officially licensed Verstappen products, including apparel, headwear, accessories and limited-edition drops tied to milestone performances and major race moments. Fans will gain faster access to exclusive items and real-time, on-demand merchandise linked to Verstappen’s achievements.

The partnership also extends to Fanatics Collectibles, which will produce trading cards featuring autographs, inscriptions and race-worn relics. To mark the announcement, Fanatics released a 1/1 Only1 Verstappen card in its F1 Eccellenza 2025 collection, commemorating Verstappen’s record-breaking lap at Monza—the fastest in F1 history. The card includes an insert from the race suit worn during that lap.

“It is great to partner with Fanatics and provide exclusive products and experiences to all of my fans, no matter where they are in the world,” Verstappen said. “I look forward to creating authentic products that reflect my journey.”

Andrew Low Ah Kee, CEO of Fanatics Commerce, highlighted Verstappen’s global appeal: “His success on track and international popularity have made him one of the world’s most influential athletes.” Fanatics Collectibles CEO Mike Mahan added: “Max’s cards are among the most sought-after in the hobby, and we’re excited to innovate with new products for fans and collectors.”
