Columbia creates leadership position for omni-planning & fulfillment

Columbia Sportswear announced the appointment of Emily Rompala to senior vice president for omni-planning & fulfillment operations. In this newly created position, Rompala will lead the global omni-planning team for all brands – Columbia, Sorel, Mountain Hardwear and prAna – and all channels, and drive the company’s ongoing omni-planning processes and technology enhancements. She will also lead the fulfillment operations team. Rompala reports to Lisa Kulok, executive VP and chief supply chain officer.
