The auction being supervised by U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware for the bankrupt Sequential Brands Group is set to start next month. Interested parties have been given a deadline of Oct. 28 to submit bids for any of its assets to be added to those already filed by Galaxy Gainline Holdings and Centric Brands. Galaxy has already offered to pay $333 million for American licensing group’s active brands, including And1, Avia, Gaiam and Spri. Centric is bidding $45 million for Joe’s Jeans. In addition, the family of Jessica Simpson is in discussions with the debtors about purchasing the brand’s apparel;line for $65 million.
