Myutility Bag (MUB), the French start-up acquired by Frank Heissat five months ago, has completed a new round of financing and added an experienced partner to help boost its international development. Franck Waterlot, who served as joint European managing director and vice president of commercial and marketing operations a tBurton Snowboards for almost five years until April 2020, based in Innsbruck, has acquired a “significant” share of the company’s equity, and he will work as its joint CEO along with Heissat. The shares of Andy Gugenheimer and Moral remain unchanged. Waterlot has spent more than 25 years in the sports and active lifestyle industries, working for such companies as Calvin Klein, Eres and Oakley in France and other countries. Founded in Anglet in 2018, MUB is offering seven styles of multi-functional and stylish bags for active people to commute and travel.
