Studded with 60 different digital touchpoints, the 1,500-square-meter flagship store opened by Adidas in the Dubai Mall is the first one in the city. It offers many unusual services including free shoe cleaning and a “Bring It to Me” app that allows customers to request a product and get it delivered while visiting the store. Customers can book other services and sign up for special events. As part of the shopping experience, RFID chips allow the visitor to get information about a specific product on a smart mirror.
