OrthoLite, a manufacturer of branded footwear with high performance, sustainability and comfort, has announced Marc Kronenberg as director of development and commercialization for OrthoLite Cirql™. OrthoLite Cirql is a plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable and industrially compostable foam technology for footwear and a patented footwear solution that enables brands and factories to achieve a true circular economy. Kronenberg brings to the OrthoLite Cirql team more than two decades of global footwear manufacturing experience, complemented by his expertise in mechanical engineering, design and systematic innovation. He previously worked for Caleres in China for about a year, and before that spent 5 years at Anta Sports as innovation director, also in China. He also gained experience in the sports industry earlier in his career at Adidas, TaylorMade and his own brand Krone Golf Ltd, founded in 2013. Kronenberg will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, at OrthoLite Cirql’s headquarters. Kronenberg’s hiring follows the recent hiring of Juan Cutina as OrthoLite Cirql’s director of sales.
