Melissa Mullen

Melissa Mullen has been named Global Brand President of Sweaty Betty, a premium women’s activewear brand acquired by Wolverine World Wide, Inc. in August 2021. Mullen, an experienced leader in consumer-facing and omnichannel retail, most recently served as VP and GM for the U.K. and Ireland at Jo Malone London, a U.K. lifestyle brand owned by the Estée Lauder Companies, since 2019. She was responsible for all commercial activities in these two key markets, including stores, e-commerce and wholesale. Prior to joining Jo Malone, she spent more than eight years at Nike in various e-commerce and merchandising roles in Europe, Asia and North America. These included Senior Director of Nike Direct Retail in the U.K. and Ireland and Senior Director of Nike.com Global Expansion.

Mullen will report to Isabel Soriano, President of Wolverine Worldwide’s London-based international group. She will closely align the brand with the company’s other international business units and enable teams to leverage strengths and resources across functions. She succeeds Julia Straus, who is returning to the U.S. with her family.
