Canada Goose has appointed Patrick Bourke as president of North America, effective Feb. 5. The luxury outerwear brand tasked the nearly 10-year company veteran with overseeing the US and Canadian markets, where he will focus on driving brand momentum, strengthening retail and wholesale execution, and deepening consumer connections.

Bourke will partner with the global leadership team to advance operating priorities including brand positioning, strategic channel expansion, and operational accountability. The appointment comes as Canada Goose works to rebuild momentum following softer demand for luxury outerwear and increased competition in the premium category.

Dani Reiss, chairman and CEO, described Bourke as an “action-oriented, high-energy leader” who has already contributed to revenue growth and profit margin expansion initiatives during his tenure. Reiss highlighted Bourke’s strategic expertise, commercial acumen, and collaborative leadership style as key qualifications for the role.
