Puma has appointed JWT as its lead creative agency. The sports company had been with the agency Droga5 since 2008 but the two split earlier this year. With immediate effect, JWT will assume a leadership position over all of Puma's advertising and creative activities on a global basis. The Puma account will be led by JWT's flagship headquarters in New York, while JWT's offices worldwide will be contributing regional knowledge and localization of the global campaigns. Over the last three months, Puma's new management team has developed a unified brand platform. Puma's new tag line “Forever Faster” will launch in 2014 and JWT will be working with the sports company to delineate this new brand message, with a view to rolling out a new global brand campaign in the second half of the year.
