Reebok has tapped Todd Krinsky, a 30-year company veteran and member of its senior leadership team for more than a decade, as its new CEO. He is replacing Matt O’Toole, president and CEO of Reebok, who is moving to executive vice chairman of Authentic Brands Group in Jan. 2023, where he will work with ABG’s leadership team on new brand acquisitions, strategic initiatives and the Reebok brand’s global expansion. Jamie Salter, the founder, chairman and CEO of ABG, said the New York company will utilize O’Toole’s knowledge and expertise to fuel Reebok’s growth worldwide and the ongoing development of other ABG brands.
Most recently, Krinsky has served as SVP of the Reebok Design Group (RDG), overseeing all aspects of product design, development and innovation in creating a global range of footwear and apparel for Reebok’s worldwide operating partners. Earlier, he led the growth of the brand’s Classics business that was bolstered by a renewed focus on iconic models such as the Classic Leather and Club C. In his new role, he will continue to be based in Boston and report to Marc Miller, CEO of Sparc Group.
Sparc Group, which designs, sources, manufactures, distributes, and markets apparel and accessories for men, women, and children worldwide, also announced two additional members of Reebok’s senior leadership team, Erika Swan and John Moore. Swan, promoted to SVP of global operations and sourcing for RDG, will be responsible for building out Reebok’s global operations team. Moore, recently elevated to SVP of the U.S. commercial market, will be responsible for expanding the brand’s distribution across the U.S.
