Registration is now open for the new virtual version of the American Outdoor Retailer show, OR Winter Online, a three-day digital marketplace focused on outdoor and snow sports scheduled to open on Jan. 6. Buyers will be able to connect through March 19. Camp, Fischer Sports, Helly Hansen, Scott Sports, Smith Sport Optics and Volcom will be among the exhibitors, each with its virtual booth and ready to take appointments online. Meanwhile, Hervé Sedky has been appointed as president chief executive of Emerald Expositions, the organizer of the Outdoor Retailer shows and many others. He previously spent 20 years with American Express and then six years as president of Reed Exhibitions Americas.
