Under Armour is launching a new global training campaign featuring Dwayne Johnson which highlights the importance of hard work, resilience and dedication. The “Will Finds a Way” campaign spotlights Johnson as he introduces the stories of eight athletes from eight different sports: Natasha Hastings (world champion sprinter); Yusra Mardini (Olympic swimmer); Dennis Smith Jr. (NBA point guard – basketball); Zoe Zhang (actress & taekwondo national champion); Teddy Riner (judo world champion, from France); Jessie Graff (stuntwoman); Johnny Agar (triathlete); and Javon “Wanna” Walton (state boxing & gymnastics champion). As the main motivator and narrator of the campaign, Johnson reiterates that nothing is impossible with will, which has the power to overcome the odds and achieve the unthinkable. The films for the campaign have been created in partnership with Droga5, the independent advertising agency headquartered in New York. The films are directed by the Malloy brothers and Nathalie Canguilhem of Superprime. In the launch film, Johnson presents the unique ways by which the eight featured athletes have willed themselves to success.
