Moncler has reunited Hollywood legends and lifelong friends Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in its new brand campaign, dubbed “Warmer Together.” The new marketing initiative “celebrates warmth and love,” said Moncler, for “a cinematic expression of friendship, connection, and human warmth.” The initiative also marks the two actors’ first-ever shared campaign.
“Through their story of friendship, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro embody everything Moncler truly stands for: affection, warmth, and the belief that we are all better and warmer together,” said Remo Ruffini, Chairman and CEO of Moncler, in a statement.
Moncler campaign features “Lean on me”
The campaign, which was shot in New York by portrait photographer Platon, features black-and-white images and a suite of short films cut to five themes: Friendship, Respect, Connection, Trust and Warmth. It also shows behind-the-scenes moments and the city’s skyline as a recurring motif.
To accompany Warmer Together, artist and Moncler ambassador Tobe Nwigwe, together with his wife Fat, has recorded a new rendition of Bill Withers’ song Lean on Me. “The song’s lyrics echo the campaign’s message of comfort found in companionship,” explained Moncler.
