British retailer Marks & Spencer (M&S) has added an extensive mix of womenswear products from Adidas and Sweaty Betty to The Sports Edit online platform, in line with its strategy of enhancing its Sportswear category. This latest addition brings the total number of third-party sportswear brands available on M&S.com to 18.
Among the other names available on the platform are Asics, Hoka, Girlfriend Collective, Veja and M&S’s own activewear brand, Goodmove, which the retailer launched in January 2020. M&S made an investment in brand platform The Sports Edit in 2022 as part of its “Brands at M&S” strategy, and launched The Sports Edit on M&S.com earlier this year.
Customers will have access to Adidas and Sweaty Betty’s offerings on M&S.com from early October. Additional outerwear brands, including Columbia, Regatta, and Sorel, will also be joining M&S.com this season, said the retailer.
