Streaming from Dec. 30, 2022, Nike is to offer Nike Training Club (NTC) content for Netflix members. Users will have access to more than 90 NTC workouts from a dozen Nike trainers, catering to all fitness levels.

An estimated 223 million Netflix members worldwide will have access to NTC programs that require minimal to no equipment, and span yoga, strength and high-intensity workouts. Nike aims to expand access to sports for all and bring the joy of sports and movement to people around the world. Each training program will include multiple episodes, totaling more than 30 hours of sessions, released on Netflix in two parts. Five training programs will launch initially, with additional programs launched throughout 2023. The programming will be available in 10 languages. Members can search for “Nike” to find the workouts.
