French shoe brand Veja has collaborated with Mansur Gavriel, the New York-based luxury shoe and bag brand, on a fresh take on Veja’s Campo sneaker. The classic Campo has been re-imagined in an array of Mansur Gavriel’s signature bright colors. Mansur Gavriel explained that each Veja x MG sneaker was inspired by an element of natural beauty, like the yellow sunshine, a blue sky, a delicate hibiscus flower or soft neutral sand. Founded in 2005, Veja uses Brazilian and Peruvian organic cotton for the canvas and laces, Amazonian rubber for the soles, and innovative materials conceived in recycled plastic bottles or recycled polyester. The sneakers are produced in factories in Brazil.
