Rallye, which controls the French Go Sport chain, has reached an agreement for the rescheduling of its debt of €2.9 billion, setting deadlines of four years with its banks and ten years with other creditors. It is not yet clear how the package will be financed. One of the options is the sale of the remaining assets of Go Sport, as the group has done with the disposal of the Courir chain of athletic footwear stores and the Polish Go Sport stores. The latter have been taken over by the Russian Sportmaster group, as we have already reported. Sportmaster and Intersport France decline to comment on rumors that they might be interest in the French Go Sport stores.
