Technogym was awarded the Platinum Medal for Sustainability, the highest available recognition, by corporate sustainability agency EcoVadis. This achievement places the Italian fitness technology and equipment maker amongst the top 1 percent of companies worldwide in the EcoVadis rankings.

Technogym obtained an overall score of 84/100, representing an 8-point increase compared to the previous year. The evaluation covers four themes: environment, labor & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The score increase was driven primarily by progress in environmental management, ethical practices, and sustainable procurement, said Technogym.
“We are proud of this recognition, which validates our efforts and motivates us to pursue our medium-term sustainability goals with even greater determination,” said Nerio Alessandri, Technogym’s Founder and CEO, in a statement.
