The Supervisory Board of Adidas has appointed Michelle Robertson as a member of its Executive Board, responsible for Global Human Resources, People and Culture, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The British national has held various HR positions at Adidas and previously at Reebok for over 18 years. Since July 2023, she has already been interim Head of Global Human Resources at Adidas and reports to CEO Bjørn Gulden.
From Jan. 1, 2024, the company’s Executive Board will consist of Gulden (Chief Executive Officer and Global Brands), Arthur Höld (Global Sales), Harm Ohlmeyer (Chief Financial Officer), Robertson (Global Human Resources, People and Culture) and Martin Shankland (Global Operations).
